This month’s National Assoication of Women in Construction's meeting will be an informative session on downtown’s development by Tamara G. Baker, P.E., S.I. of Baker Klein Engineering. She will discuss her company’s role with the construction of the new Duval County Unified Courthouse, historic construction in Springfield, and her company’s experience with the JSEB (Jacksonville’s Small and Emerging Business) program and the Federal Governments 8(a) program. She will be accompanied by her business partner, Debra, P. Klein, P.E.
